Poor service

I got a message to come and collect my card at FNB Loch Logan Waterfront branch on 24 August 2022. I arrived at the branch at 11h28 according to their service ticket allocated to me. It is now 12h00 and I'm still waiting to receive any assistance. I will update tge exact after receiving some service.
