Poor service
I have app**** for a future use amount on 3 July 2024. Until now, I have not received my money. The loans was apparantly approved as per e-mail received. The amount was wrong, and had to be redone. Nobody seems to be interested in providing good customer service. I still do not know if, when and how I will receive the amount I app**** for, which is apparently approved. The documents received today that I must sign is foreign to me, I do not understand the communication. Is there nobody that can explain the process to the customers? I am appalled by your poor service

07 Aug 2024, 12:18Are the people at FNB Homeloans actually competent? Still no feedback. More than a month on trying to get the help I need. Constant emails being answered that they are busy and yet NO help and clarification. Mr Randall Adams keep on asking assistance from Thando Made. All they do is saying we will follow up and that is where this matter stays. Sickening how apparently *********** this service is.
