Poor service

They always take one from pillar to post when they have to close our accounts but yet R1s and R2s keep disappearing from our accounts.

I have been requesting from my account to be closed for over a week now. They keep taking me from pillar to post

I don’t know how many times I have to beg for my Premier account to be closed
