Poor service

I am very disappointed with the service delivery from FNB, they arrange a card to be delivered by a useless company and then never communicate with each other when the delivery is not received, I call them and then the company. Then the delivery company drops the phone in my ear, leaving me with no card to spend my money while I pay my fees to them. I will leave this company if they do not sort this out Asap
