POOR SERVICE

The service from FNB is appalling, I've been sending emails about a query I have regarding a temp loan I took in November and paid of same month. The loan reflects on my credit report as Overdue. I sent emails, went to the branch and was put on the phone which I was transferred from one department to another without any luck.

To date I haven't had any help and have no idea who or where to turn to. This is affecting my credit score and need it fixed ASAP.
