Poor Service by FNB time to change Bank

Hello do i look like joke to you guys since past 2 **** days the guy is out for delivery and he doesn't even call me ? And says he can't find address? Hey please go on nd cancel my account i am not interested in FNB anymore this horrible treatment while i m a paying client, i pay **** fees for this horrible treatment shame don’t go out in market and say you look after your client, because you don’t maybe this is right time to switch bank
