Poor service by Fnb Loan department

I am disappointed by the poor service of FNB. I was told i by one of your loan consultants and have it on email that I qualify for a much needed payment break end January. Yet it still shows that I must make payment on the 26th January 2022 when i check my FNB APP??!!!
