Poor Service by FNB *****

On the 2nd of November, my car was ****** with my wallet with all bank cards. R2000 was withdrawn from my cheque account. . logged a ***** case with FNB ***** division and I was given this ***-***. According to FNB the money was withdrawn from a STD Bank ATM. For the past two weeks I have been calling FNB Card ***** division for an update. The agents have been promising that I will be contacted for the results of the investigation. Until now I have not hear from FNB.
