Poor service by FNB card delivery

CCD couriers phoned me to inform me that they will deliver my FNB card at my branch. After 5 days I followed up because nobody contacted me. I phoned FNB and they referred me to CCD couriers. CCD couriers had no idea why it was not delivered and they told me that I have to wait another 7 days before it will be delivered. This is by any standard in the world pathetic service. Why does FNB use CCD couriers??
