Poor Service by FNB Bank
Good Day
Can someone assist me on how I can report poor services given to me by Mr Thabo Lebepe?
He is rude to me and so far has not concluded or fed back to Capitec on the report I lodged with both FNB and Capitec. The person I transferred my money to who banks with FNB who is Mr Ndlovu is not disputing this and has asked FNB to reverse the money to my account but Mr Thabo Lebepe is refusing for reasons only known by him
I need urgent assistance in this matter
