POOR SERVICE BY FNB!!!!!!!!

Ive been trying to contact the bank with regards to this for weeks and i either cant get to the right agent or the manager never calls back.

They have this function called bank your change, where it rounds off your money and uses the change to send to your savings account, on every occasion this happens it just transfers the money from my account it doesnt bank my change, it just charges my cheque account and send it to my savings, im still getting a callback about this@

and today i have charges on my account that nobody can explain why its there it amounts to R400
