POOR SERVICE

I have a debit order by the name SS Legal of R175 every month since last year September i complained to fnb but no one helps me because they cant reverse or stop it and the number they gave us it is not working at all. now i want all my money back before i can close the account BECAUSE I AM PAYING CLOSE TO R500 FOR FEES WHAT FOR IF YOU CANT ASSIST ME?
