Poor Service

I am very disappointed with the service at platinum park Bendor Polokwane FNB. I opened an FNBy account for my daughter last year in November and requested to collect my card at the branch. Towards the end of January, I went there to check if my card was not delivered since I did not get the SMS and the person who was assisting me was lazy to look for the card because I did not have the SMS that is usually sent for collection. Last week i went back and they told me that the card has been in the branch and it is now cancelled. When i asked why didn’t i get the notification the lady did not answer me. Opening the account in that branch was just waste of time because i had to be on the que 3 times and i still do not have the card.
