Poor service

Truly dissatisfied with service from FNB. Have been a loyal client for over 20 years and something as simple as a homeloan aplication,that is being questioned and another bank ive never dealt with aproving without any problems? Then trying to call their customer call centre with absolutely no results either. Pathetic. Ill be sure to take my service elsewhere in the near future.
