POOR SERVICE
Cancelled a life policy over 2 months ago, but they still debited and now they don't respond to my emails with regards to the refund, but if it was me defaulting them they would be crying to lawyers and doing the best they can to ruin my credibility.
This nonsense need to stop, act accordingly.

20 May 2020, 10:15I honestly couldn't careless about your reference number for follow ups, just put back my money and also refund on the insufficient fund fee when you debited a canceled policy, you must account for every single cent. Start respecting your clients.
