Poor service

So worse experience i just joined the bank. They charging me for 3 cards a zero account im not even using .on there customer service line consultants are rude . i was in the branch to get a new card as the agent never told me im being billed for the cards . they expecting me to pay R344 for cards and i only needed one gold card. Such sad service . i want them to write off this R244 i will not be paying for this cards. Totally upset cant even get help on the online.
