Poor service!!!

I wanted to upgrade my business account from Gold to Platinum online but it was a little tedious. But your sales department wanted to sell me life policies they could pick up the phone and call me. During the call, I asked if they can assist me with upgrading my business account. They transferred me from one person to the other only to be kept on hold for more than an hour only to have the call dropped! I mean really?
