Poor service
I've been requesting a payment relief for my home loan from November 2022 because I'm currently unemployed and I have send relevant documents but nothing has been done. I don't know how do they expected for u home loan while I'm unemployed. I really don't want to do in this case. I should I open another account with another bank because that's the only only alternative I have at the moment. Now my account is on negative at the moment.

Your department keeps asking for the same documents I don't understand must I go to the manucipality offices every month and ask for the rates and taxes. I have mentioned this before that the manucipality in Emfuleni refused to give me a payment arrangement letter unless I pay R5000 once off and pay R2000 every month which I don't have because I'm unemployed at the moment. I'm unemployed guys can I get a payment relief until my insurance company pays FNB.
