Poor service

I phone FNB about my Application of Covid 19 extented loan.Each time the consultant will give a other answer or the matter is forward for handling but no feedback is given.I açcept the quatation on my my FNB app and still no positive outcome.Even on the secure app the consultants forward the matter but no one is assisting.Fnb will give feedback on HELLO PETER they will come back that they not even contact you
