Poor service

On the 27 of October the were some transactions on my fnb check account wich took money out of my account and I immediately blocked my card and the following day when to the bank to report the case , iv been calling their ***** department they kept giving me case numbers iv have 2case my numbers so for I have No feedback back on wats happening even now thise kind of service it’s not accepted at all
