Poor Service

I am frustrated with FNB!! I am needing to submit to via your emailing system which is *** and I am not getting a no-reply email with a reference number to follow up with. I am currently sitting at the fnb cape road road branch in PE and the lady here is also struggling!! Please call me urgently.
