below is the request i sent on the 08th December 2020 @13H47 and to this i still haven't receive a response *** even after several follow ups

Please assist with clarifying the attached

• Fixed interest rate is 10.39% - Capital & Interest R 3 153.03

• Variable interest is 8.140 % - Capital & Interest R 3 153.03

The above mentioned amount are practically the same – shouldn’t the variable amount be less since the interest is also less? I only see a difference in the insurance amount which again doesn’t make sense

Please also confirm the procedure should I wish to change to fixed rate
