Poor service

I am so appalled by the call centre service. I've been on the line for more than 30 minutes and each consultant send mr to the next. None of them could assist me. What is so difficult about doing your job, I mean really? We are encouraged to use other means than visit the branch as far as possible during thisCvid 19 pandemic, but then they fail us. This is ridiculous! So disappointed!!!
