Poor Service

Dear sir - I received an email from the ***** Department of FNB by Lunga Bottoman, whereby it states there has been asuspiciios actibity on my account on the 3rd of January 2023. I rep**** to his email but he din't call me or email me. I called the account holder of the account and he said that his tyme bank account is on hold. This is acceptable as it is my business account. I have a strong feeling to close the acccount and leave it dormant. The send problem I have is that I had a temporary loan which paid of - it is still list with credit bureau. FNB is the worse bank to to do business
