Poor service

I have been trying to get my debit order sorted out in the premier loans collection department since December 23 you the chat line and its service is so poor you have to explain yourselfers to every agent the they end the chat or cant assist or drop calls why am I being debited *******ly when there is no outstanding balances .can someone please call me to sort this out as no one is trying to even assist me and I'm not happy with the service I've been getting from first national bank
