Poor service

I’d like to lay a complaint, kindly refer to the above reference, your claims department is dragging their feet, and I have to call everyday, they are not getting back to me with regards to feedback on my claim. I’m currently retrenched and have a salary protection with FNB , now with you dragging your feet , how aim i going to meet my obligations by the end of this month?

FNB I'm very disappointed about this service.
