POOR SERVICE ATM'S OUT OF SERVICE

FNB Mthatha BT Ngebs Mall poor service ATM's are always out if service. Is there no atm technician or manager to see that the machines are always operating. There are 3 ATM's next to the bank and 90% its always out if service. Very poor service and no one seem to care.
