Poor Service at the Private Client Services Department

I have been a private client with FNB which I cancelled. The current account is moved to a Premier account but I still wait for the promised mail to sign on my credit card account. These people just don't care about time and client services which you pay for on a monthly basis. Watch out for these smooth talkers. All they respond with is - Case Created - CAS-***-C1B7D7 CRM:*** which means nothing to me.
