Poor service at Siyabuswa Branch

I'm totally disappointed by the service at your Siyabuswa Branch in Mpumalanga. Seems like your consultants have no will to serve clients in time. I was number 8 on the line but it took 1 hour 15mins to be served. This has been like this for years now. A change of management is definitely required.
