poor service @ personal loan department

I have app**** for personal loan since friday 10-10-2015 and i was requested to provide them with proof of resident , i went to attridgeville branch on saturday and provided the proof to a consultant by the name of Eon Basson and i called for a follow up but she still requested for oroof...when i asked for her email address she refused to give...kept calling for follow ups. They kept saying i should prove them with a proof.. On monday morning i went to monument park branch to hand them the proof but still my loan application has not been attended to.
