Poor service at Lebowakgomo fnb branch

I'm very disappointed at how Fnb Lebowakgomo branch Treat their customers... In this pandemic and lockdown we in there is no person who will just wake up and choose to go to banks without no valid reason.

The staff in that branch they are not helpful and thers no sense of urgency at all and they don't even care or cater for eldery customers. Specifically staff member Reggie Mudau was very rude to me.Its really a long story to write but what I wish to see is for the staff of Lebowakgomo Fnb branch treat their customers fairly and be considerate. The consultant who helped us gave us excellent service ,his name is Tshepo and he have nothing to do with this.
