Poor service at FNB Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

<p>Today again I had to pay money over by the ONLY available teller at this branch. Again was all the ATMs offline so that route wasnt an option. This I can handle but its not even payday /-weekend yet I stood in a queue of 8 people (me being third) for more than an hour. Please get more people at your tellers or fix the ATMs or get staff to atleast work faster. This is now the fourth time that I have been to this branch with the same level of service</p>
