Poor service at FNB Vincent Park East London

The FNB branch at Vincent Park, East London: it should not take one and a half hours to collect a new card, especially when you have received an sms to tell you that the card is ready. Service lady was very uncommunicative and in fact rather rude - it would have been easy for her just to explain if there was a hitch, rather than just leaving clients to sit and wait.
