Poor Service at FNB Marblehall Branch

I'm not happy with FNB , their services are very poor, we have opened a Stokvel account but now we are unable to deposit the money , when we deposit it return back , we went to the Marble hall branch where we opened the account but the matter is not resolved, they said the problem is with the bank as they are some document that still pending , we don't know what to do anymore because our account has been blocked
