Poor service at Fnb Eldoraigne branch

Absolutely disgusted about FNB at Eldoraigne Village branch, their ATM ate my eWallet money, when I tried to explain it to them they said I will get the money after 3 days, when I call their offices they don't answer their phones..I'm disgusted
