Poor service at FNB and CCD corriers

Hi there, I'm Mzwandile. FNB and this CCD corriers I've they really dnt knw wat they are doing, its been almost 3weeks they keep calling me that they will delivery my FNB Premier card till today they calling me and I hvnt received my card. Different people calling me and it seems like they really don't knw what are they doing. I needed to reschedule my thing for them bt they don't seems to care. Poor service and now think of moving to another bank this is pathetic!
