Poor service as usual

I wrote to Fnb querying interest on February credit card statement. They responded by telling me that I cancelled a debit order ? ? When I asked details of this cancellation no response.

Did they read my query or just sent random answer. I resent my query with no response to date.

Please assist me FNB
