Poor service and unreliable securities

FNB in Khayelitsha firstly employs nun services based services, it's hard for us small business to bank with such if they don't put priority on the line secondly, I was told by a fat security guard I was poor cause if I was a private client I would have booked for an appointment. This is not acceptable, thirdly male based customers service assist females even if we are in line it doesn't matter to them ****....this I am going to other services provider.
