Poor service and unexplainable charges

On the app it states money will be available after 24H00 and it's after 2H00 and still no money is available, every pay day it's like that add on debit order charges that are not making any sense. I'm very close to leaving fnb cause your services are deteriorating every day with unexplainable charges
