My account has been frozen, when I called in I was informed that I must verify my income, I submitted all documentation on Monday and today it is still not verified and released. They now tell me that I must wait another 24 to 48 hours to verify that my documents are authenticated.

I must say that the Sandton city branch manager and one employee have tried their best to assist.
