Poor Service and Service Delivery
In 2024, I settled an account which was handed over to the credit/legal department due to non-payment (reason Covid19). I reached a settlement agreement with the legal department and re-paid the outstanding amount over 3 months. I have received a paid off letter from the attorneys and from the bank confirming that the account was settled. On 24 July 2025, SARS paid my tax refund into the cheque account and the bank took the money as a settlement. I have send proof of payment and settlement letters and statements stating the account is closed and provided countless times to the bank and still left this issue unresolved and not refunded my money.

20 Aug 2025, 16:28Just like I expected, another reference number!!!!!! What do you mean by "thank you for bringing it under your attention"?? I brought this under your attention on the 24 July 2025 and I have been getting references to this matter ever since. Every second day!!! I don't need another reference I need this matter to be resolved. The last reference number was ***, please resolved the matter on the reference number and stop continuing to send me useless references. Everytime you send me a new reference number you said the matter will be resolved in 5 working days, its been more than a month already with multiple reference numbers. Just respond to this reference number I have provided and give me a clear answer for once.
