Poor Service and Query not resolved

Good day I requested my debit order date for FNB Insureto be changed to the 1st of each month. Spoke to Tsepiso and could not assist me with this simple request. Advised that I will be debited twice. Her Supervisor was suppose to call me back. This yielded no results.
