Well well well now on the 14th Business day I still have no feedback from FNB. Called on the 6th Business day and was told sorry sir it take 7 to 10 business days to sort out. Called again on the 10th off September and was given another time frame... As i don't have a contact number for the dispute department i must resort on the information given from the private clients call centre. Requested a call back from FNB manager to no avail. Called again at 9h00 today 18 September and was transferred to dispute centre after given all the information was told I will be called back in 20 min.. well now 5 hours later Im still waiting for the call.... it just seems that fnb is feeding me lies and as every time I call I get a different response and no feedback not even to mention a returned call as promised. When this occured for the 1st time on the 30 Jul I was told by a call centre agent that the matter will be escalated guess that also never happened. I don't even want to mention the amount of follow up emails that was send to the dispute department, as per their request that went unanswered. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from FNB
