Poor service and not delivering service

Called in Today to stop and cancel debit order ,I did the authentication and the adviser told me she is still doing the reversal then i was placed on hold for 20min. it is still not done and nobody called me and i spent over 50 of airtime waiting for the agent to get back to me.
