Poor Service and no way to contact the branch I was to ask them for something I lost there
I arrived at the FNB branch at Bayside Mall at 12:30. I as disabled and on crutches. I needed to reset my password on my card and also reset my signon on my online FNB banking app. I asked if they had a disabled service but they did not have and was told to sit down(at least) and waited and waited for about 30 minutes to reset my password on my card as I had to that before I could reset the online banking. I then waited for one hour and 45 minutes to get help on the computer to reset my online banking. As I was waiting for my turn to use the computer a lady walked in, sat and was soon joined by a staff member who took over the computer and put helped this lady who did not even have a number. That is so wrong! Eventually I had my turn on the computer and sorted my problem out. When I got home, I found that I had lost a key around my neck and tried to phone this branch. The first call was answered by a man who informed me that I could not call any branch. Then I went onto my banking app on my phone and used the chat service. The person there could not find the Bayside Mall where this FNB branch is. How can this be? FNB has serious customer service that is bordering on less than poor.
