Poor Service and No Response on credit card application

<p>So ive been an fnb customer for 8 years and counting ,three weeks back i decide to open a credit card with them it was the 28th and it was approved as per online banking got a response that my cad will be delivered in a day or so, fast forward to the third im still sitting with no card, no communication from fnb only to find out after calling and being transfered from one prson to another even thou i used their credit card assistance number that there are discripancies on my salary and an fnb personel will be in touch, a lady called sent me a pre-agreement and said i shoul forwad it wth my POA & proof of income i did all that and i still havent heard a thing from fnb, i went to their eloff branch yesterday spoke to a lady called bongiwe to check my application status and suprisingly shew told me that my application has been declined cos fnb couldnt get hold of me as to when they did that i do not know,</p> <p>so my question to"the most innovative and gold bank of south africa" is if thats the case as your customer dont you think its good business morale to let me know how my application went and secondly if it was declined why is the credit card still showing on my online banking profile under my bank accounts? for a bank that has billboards, tv ads, and radio ada claiming to be the best , i expected better from you</p>
