Poor service and no help

Waiting weeks for assistance do this do that all I need is a 30000 credit card or fusion loan increase. App**** multiple times. And I do pay my debt every month. Will move to capitec after all this months a bank not trusting their client banking years by them. Thank you FNB poor service
