Poor Service and no communication.
FNB MMP and FNB Life - I was promised to be called back yesterday and it's almost 48 hours now and still no call or the simple courtesy call to advise me what is going on. I find this very unprofessional and once again the level of communication is questionable with FNB. I have been on the phone transfered from one department to the other and still no resolution to my questions.
