Poor service and misleading information.

My issue with FNB is two fold: I took out an FNB Connect Sim card in order to move up a reward level on ebucks, since it specifically says on the website that only device premiums are excluded. At the end of the month, the consultant told me that is wrong, you have to purchase airtime to that value in addition to paying the monthly contract fee. This needs to be more clear on the website.

My second problem is that when i tried to cancel this sim card, I keep getting told me the call centre that the address that they are using to verify me does not match what i am giving them. This is so dumb because it is the same address that i used in the first place to take out the sim, and it wasnt a problem then. Only now when trying to cancel it does it become a problem. I suspect it is just them trying to delay me cancelling and getting more money out of me. In addition, and conveniently they are unable to use the automatic verification for this.
