Poor service and lack of professionalism

Early morning and I had to wait for more than 20 min (despite the info on customer paper state 5 min waiting time). I was no 14 and the counters keep calling for up to 18 (even people arriving after me been served).

Lack of customer acknowledgement and poor professional support. My reason was a 5-min business. Regret coming to this brand esp on MY BIRTHDAY DAY.
